1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store Skrzynkownia.com, operated by INSTALEX DAMIAN BORYCZEWSKI, ul. Polna 2, 89-430 Kamień Krajeński, NIP: PL5040026161, REGON: 341138496.

1.3. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
2. Definitions
2.1. Seller – the entity operating the online store Skrzynkownia.com.
2.2. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases in the store.
2.3. Store – the online service Skrzynkownia.com.
2.4. Product – goods offered in the Store.
3. Placing Orders
3.1. The Customer may place orders 24/7 via the website.
3.2. An order is placed by adding a Product to the cart and completing the order form.
3.3. The Customer is required to provide accurate personal and address details.
3.4. The agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
4. Payments
4.1. The Store offers the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, fast online payments.
4.2. The order is processed after the payment has been credited.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out via courier companies or parcel lockers.
5.2. Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.
5.3. The order processing time is up to 5 business days.
6. Complaints and Returns
6.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Seller's email address.
6.3. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product.
6.4. The time taken to consider a complaint is 14 days from the date of notification.
6.5. Returns are made at the Customer's expense unless the Product is defective.
